Are you a Cog or Clog?
This word may not be familiar to many
(particularly if you are not an engineer - or under the age of 40).
"A tooth or the rim of a wheel;
A subordinate but integral person or part."
Catalyst, impetus, stimulant, aid, assistance, benefit, help and handmaid.
Tis word is probably all too familiar - especially if you have had a clogged toilet.
"Something that blocks a pipe;
Something that shackles or impedes."
CLOG as a verb: "To slowly form a block in something, so that things cannot move through quickly or easily."
Is God flowing through my life to others, freely and unimpeded? Am I allowing Him to use me as a catalyst, stimulant, assistant, help or handmaid? The word most convicting in the use of the word clog as a verb, is SLOWLY. "To slowly form a block", so that God's giving cannot move through my life quickly or easily to others.
Let your love, grace, and resources flow through my life to others.
